 My goal, as a therapist, is to provide a safe environment where people can move forward from places where they feel stuck.  It is important to me that you find your time in therapy as supportive and rewarding. Together, we will work to uncover your goals and make progress that you feel good about. My clinical approach incorporates different therapeutic styles that work best for your situation. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying therapy approaches and techniques, we will uncover behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
